WHY CRANES TEAM FAILS TO SUCCEED.

Despite
the fact that we are tending towards a highly competitive world in sports ,most
of the sports people have come out blaming people concerning with the issue of
the failure of the Uganda national team to succeed.
Uganda
is one of the most countries which greatly compete in all sports games in East
Africa. On the coast of East Africa Uganda national teams have good talents
regardless to sex. Both sports women and sportsmen are talented people of
Uganda cranes is seen as a good team compared to all teams of east Africa which
include Kenya national team (affirmable stars) Rwanda national team (Amavumbi
stars),Tanzania national team and Burundi national team.
Since
2000,the Uganda cranes have failed to make Ugandans happy because they every
year don’t qualify in different tournaments, for example the African cup of
national, world cup, Olympics and many others.
The
Uganda cranes last qualified in African cup of nations during the regime of
president general Iddi Amini Dada. some people have beliefs that this was the
effort or the presidents of Uganda. During this reign in 1978, Uganda cranes
managed to succeed up to the final stage where Uganda was totally and
convincingly defeated by Ghana national team called the Black stars, Uganda had
a great chance of qualifying in the African cup of nations and the world cup.
But all hopes were turned down by Togo due to the following reasons.
Lack
of co-operation among the delegates greatly led to failure of the success of
the Uganda cranes looking at to the delegates of the football federation of
Uganda starting with their president of FUFA by names of engineer Mosses Magogo
is not united with his colleagues. With lack of being co-operative with the
members, nothing can be achieved in football. Not only the president of
football in Uganda is not co-oporative, but also dictatorship of the former
FUFA president Lawrence Mulindwa is also one of the reasons why the Uganda
cranes fails to succeed in the game of football. Recently, during the African
cup qualifies of 2011,the farmer FUFA president by names of Lawrence Mulindwa during his reign, he used
his power to dictate by disqualifying an important player from the Uganda
cranes called David Obua who is said to not have a hand shake with him during
his visit. By the time Obua was ignored by the FUFA president, he was a pivot
of the team leading his teammates in scoring .This led to shortage of goals in
the field when Uganda played against Kenya and the game ended goalless at the
end, this greatly hindered the chances of Uganda cranes and is one of the
reasons that ended the reign of Lawrence Mulindwa.
In
addition to that lack of good and enough funds has also led the national team
of Uganda cranes into failure. In conclusions. The Uganda cranes should borrow
leaf from others in order to succeed.
